The Plan

My trainings are based on what I believe I deliver to and for my clients. I am committed to each and every client and expect the same in return. I am unlike other fitness and training programs I customize and individualize our lifestyle enhancement/personal and small group trainings to fit my client’s needs and interest.

Full time training

We train as often as we deem necessary to reach your goals as quickly as possible. This could be 3-4 times per week.

He in on a mission to help active adults live a better a quality of life, through health and wellness. He believes in walking the talk, and actively works out an hour per day, 5-6 times per week.
